busy beee :)

Hey anyone who still looks at this little ole' blog of mine. 

I've been missing it like crazy.

But I've also been getting somewhere between 5-7 hours of sleep for the past, ohh, 3 months?

I'm exhausted. 

So no promises that I'll be consistently updating, but if i happen to have a lull in activities I'll attempt to post something. ha. :)

no snow, make snow.

I live in Wisconsin. It generally gets cold and white around here pretty damn quick but this year its as brown as tootsie in a tootsie pop.

Well, lucky for my cousin and I we have a few ski hills making some snow, so we can go snowboarding anyway. I'm not sure if any one's ever tried it, or thought about trying it, but we started last year and haven't looked back....or anywhere besides the ground for that matter. The fact that we're terrible is irrelevant though, because we're lightly obsessed.

I'm adventurous, I love trying new things and I've been called an adrenaline junkie once or twice but what I didn't realize (fashion readers tune back it) was that snowboarding and skiing have this whole sort of fashion bubble around them. There's clothes and brands and colors and styles made specifically geared towards them. Granted I'm sure you could look at any sport and say that same thing, it was truly mind-boggling when I realized just how electrifying it is to be on the hill with all the personal style of the snowboarders around you. 

That said, I found some pictures online of what I want to be able to do at some point in the future, I do have a cousin who owns a snowboarding clothing company, I mean come on it's in my blood right? Wrong. But that's okay, nothing worth having comes easily.

I have a crap ton of things on my mind as the semester is coming to a close and finals have a sort of impending doom feeling. On top of that I've been trying to figure a few other things out, and for me the problem has never been following through with my plan but more of deciding what to do about the problem initially. I think I've decided... but i don't know.

what does one do when their heart disagrees with their head?

I don't know either. 

I needed some good mood food so i got me some arbys. yum.

So I know I haven't posted my style boards in a while but I just finished the back of my bedroom door a few weeks ago and thought you guys might be interested in seeing it. It's a tinge unfinished, but I plan on leaving it....half because I like it that way and half because I'm lazy.

broken but not defeated.

So my camera has been out of commission for at least a good month. I'm slightly embarrassed to say it's because I lost the charger....but I've found it! And I literally put on some shoes and snapped a few outfit photos for you guys right away because that department of this blog has been seriously lacking. It's nothing to special but I will admit to feeling ever so slightly chic when i wear this to bed. Anyway, hopefully this means I can be back up and running!

No Shave November.

Today is the first day of No Shave November, it's big at my high school....I couldn't tell you why. To be perfectly clear, crystal clear, I will not be participating. I enjoy wearing dresses and skirts, you know with boots or something to keep me warm in the ominous cold, thus my legs will indeed be shaved.  

Ah, speaking of boots, here's a pair I'm lusting over.

Dearest Readers of my blog, all 15 or so of you, but who's counting anyway,

I send you my deepest apologies for my lack of blogging activity in the last who knows how long. I won't make excuses because that's annoying and I don't actually have a dog whom I could blame for eating my computer. I'm Hoping, with a capital H, that I can start finding time for this little page again, but let's be honest I barely have time to do trivial things like shave my legs or repaint my 3 week chipped nail polish. It's quite ridiculous.  So I suppose I'll post a few outfits from before I was born to catch up, just kidding more like from before this years freshman were born. Wait kidding again I forget when these were taken... 

Anywho, I'm majorly busy so if my posts become a bit scatter-brained please forgive me ahead of time. I don't believe I have the brain power to make coherant thoughts that are relavent to anything other than my immediate musings. Send my regards to the Mrs.
