life on the water.

When I grow up I want to have a summer home on the water. Whether that may be lake water or ocean water, one of the two I desperately desire. Now me being me I haven't got much of my life planned out other than lots of bits and bobs that I hope for like a family, a job that I love, a wedding less extravagant than the actual marriage, a dog to go jogging with, and friends who last forever. But if there's one thing I want in my life more than almost anything it's a Grady White and sea legs.

The first time I went to Florida I was somewhere around 3 months old, I grew up going to my grandparents house in Boca Grande and ever since I can remember, that life is something I've dreamed of. Maybe it's just summer growing on me but wet hair, sunnies, and beach dresses could easily fit into my everyday...well weather permitting of course.

I can't say whether I'd trade in the city life for the beach one, seeing as I've never lived in the city, but some deep rooted part of me says I'm a sea person at heart. What about you? City or ocean?
